Grover/Boyd

Our first discovery in the world of Secret Sidewalks, and possibly one of the most trafficked during football season, is Grover/Boyd, a convenient campus area path connecting Grover Lane with Boyd Street. The north entrance is at the corner of Grover Lane and Hall Avenue, approximately N35º 12.721' W097º 27.345'. Pecan trees litter their produce along the streets in the fall for those who are adventurous enough to forage for foodstuffs along their walks. Several bollards mark the end of Grover Lane and serve as a sort of gateway to the sidewalk. The path itself is lined on both sides by trees, bushes and neighbor's fences and tends to be covered in leaves all year-long. You might get greeted along the way by a couple of canine admirers. The south side, at N35º 12.678' W097º 27.397, turns eastward toward campus and becomes a lot less secret along Boyd, leading you straight to Campus Corner.
